Contemporary Modernism
The Sans was purpose-built as an office between 1960-62. Now, Buckley Gray Yeoman is taking a sensitive approach to renewing the original architecture whilst retaining the spirit of its modernist past.

Oliver Bayliss,
Buckley Gray Yeoman

The Sans will be remodelled to create a building that has a sense of place and identity, one appropriate to the area, enhancing the built environment of Clerkenwell. This is an office building that celebrates progressive values — the promotion of wellbeing, environmentally sound regeneration and forward-thinking ideas. A modern foundation for a changing working future.
